    FRS undertakes an initial review (free of charge) with a verbal appraisal of the design, identifying issues arising, including potential pitfalls, followed by a written fixed fee quotation for making the application.
  • Publication of FRS Comments to Client
    FRS delivers marked-up drawings of the proposed design confirming our preliminary advice.
  • Development of Frozen Design
    We work together with our Clients to develop optimum compliant designs, greatly increasing certainty for construction programme including cost planning.
  • Compliance Report and Drawings
    FRS is responsible for all aspects of the statutory submission including preparation of full AutoCAD drawing in-house (A0 plotting facility) and publication of documentation (electronic format) to design team
  • Negotiation with Local Authority Fire Officer
    Our good working relationship with Fire Authorities allows us to take responsibility for all negotiations, meetings and further submissions as required to obtain approval within our fixed fee.
  • Delivery of Statutory Approval
    This process delivers successful outcomes 100% of the time. Should this not be the case, we will not take a professional fee. In a nutshell - no win, no fee.
